Newlook Capital Inc. Announces Launch of Newlook Water Company US LP and Newlook Water Company US II LP

Newlook Capital Inc. (“Newlook Capital” or “Newlook”) is pleased to announce the launch of its newest investment vehicles, Newlook Water Company US LP and Newlook Water Company US II LP (together, the “Fund”).

The Fund is specifically focused on acquiring and scaling regulated water utilities across the southeastern United States; a region characterized by strong demographic growth, aging infrastructure, and steady, regulation-driven demand.

Commitments were raised from, among others, a diverse cohort of premier U.S.-based institutional investors, including life insurance companies, infrastructure funds, and single- and multi-family offices.

The Fund’s strategy will be executed in close partnership with Newlook Capital’s long-standing operating partners, with whom the firm has successfully collaborated for over eight years. This established partnership combines deep regional operational expertise with Newlook’s disciplined private equity model to identify, acquire, and optimize essential water utility assets.
