(“Newlook”) is pleased to introduce Rob Wagner, President of True Canadian Elevator Maintenance Company Ltd., a portfolio company in Industrial Services Fund I. True Canadian Elevator is responsible for the maintenance contracts of over 800 elevators in the GTA and has had many recent successes under Rob’s leadership.
Applying over 33 years experience in the elevator industry, Rob has made some recent changes to further enhance TCE’s position in the marketplace. Along with a large contract win (previously held by Thyssenkrupp), TCE has recently signed up over 100 units as part of the company’s new automated quarterly testing service.
Rob comments, “With respect to the ongoing inspections where the Ontario Fire Code requires each elevator be tested on an quarterly basis for fire operations, we have reached out to our current client base for automated services and have had very positive feedback”
