Burlington, ON April 6, 2021 / – Newlook Capital Inc. (“Newlook”) is pleased to announce that Newlook’s platform of dental clinics (“Dentalook”) has completed an investment in an additional practice located in Toronto, Ontario (“Dundas Dental”). The transaction closed on March 31, 2021.
Dundas Dental is a general family dental practice situated on a busy street with high traffic volume near the intersection of Dundas Street West and Ossington Avenue and has operated at this location since 1990. The surrounding area is a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and retail tenants.
Newlook’s Chief Investment Officer, Abbas Osman, notes “We are very pleased to have officially added our 13th practice to our portfolio of dental clinics in the Dental Fund. Dundas Dental has over 1,700 patients with three operatories with an opportunity to build an additional operatory.”
