Burlington, ON October 4, 2022 / – Newlook Capital Inc. (“Newlook”) is pleased to announce that Newlook’s platform of dental clinics (“Dentalook”) has completed an investment in an additional practice located in Edmonton, Alberta. The transaction closed on October 3, 2022.
The practice serves the Edmonton community with comprehensive and modern dental treatment. The clinic is situated downtown near MacEwan University, a high traffic location off the main road of 109 Street and 105 Ave. This location marks the 2nd acquired clinic in Alberta, further solidifying a growing presence in the Alberta market.
