IISF III Net Asset Value (NAV) Update
We are pleased to share a recent update in the Net Asset Value (NAV) for the Newlook Capital Industrial and Infrastructure Services Fund III (IISF III).
As of Q1 2025, relative to Q1 2024, our Series F NAV has increased 14.1% (from $10.00 to $11.41). After taking into account the 10% distributed to Series F unitholders in 2024, the total return for 2024 including NAV appreciation was approximately 24.1%.
In 2025, in addition to the targeted 8% annual distribution paid quarterly, Newlook IISF III delivered an additional two special distributions totaling ~4% of investment market value putting Newlook IISF III on track to deliver 12% in distributions for 2025.
