Burlington, ON May 16, 2022 / – Newlook Capital Inc. (“Newlook”) is pleased to announce that Newlook’s platform of dental clinics (“Dentalook”) has completed an investment in an additional practice located in Red Deer, Alberta. The transaction closed on May 12, 2022.
The practice serves the Red Deer community with comprehensive dental services that utilizes the latest technologies. The clinic is situated on 67 Street, a high traffic retail street off of the main road of 59 Avenue and David Thompson Highway. This location marks the 1st acquired clinic in Alberta, further expanding the portfolio of dental practices across Canada.
