Oliver joined Newlook Capital in summer 2018 as the Fund Manager for The Industrial Services Fund II. Since becoming a partner at Newlook in 2019, The Industrial and Infrastructure Services Fund has grown significantly under his leadership; approaching 1,000 employees across the US and Canada and 19 businesses in 4 platforms. Blum has significant experience in both operations and finance from senior operations roles at both automotive parts manufacturing and industrial chemical supply companies, and as VP of Commercial Lending at a major Canadian bank, among others. Blum has a B.A. Honours degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from Harvard University.
