Hass Keshavji

Hass is the General Counsel of Newlook Capital. Prior to joining Newlook Capital, Hass was the General Counsel for a group of private funds in Calgary, Alberta. Hass articled and practiced in the Business Law Group at McCarthy Tétrault LLP from 2010-2017 where his practiced focused on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and general corporate matters. Hass has extensive board experience in a variety of contexts as he has acted as, and continues to act as, a corporate secretary for companies in a variety of industry sectors. Hass has a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Ottawa (magna cum laude) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary where he was on the Dean’s List.
