Burlington, ON May 19, 2021 / – Newlook Capital Inc. (“Newlook”) is pleased to announce that Newlook’s platform of dental clinics (“Dentalook”) has completed an investment in an additional practice located in Toronto, Ontario (“Sherbourne Dental Associates”). The transaction closed on May 19, 2021.
The practice is located across from the subway station on the corner of Bloor Street and Sherbourne Street and has operated in Toronto since 2007.
Newlook’s Chief Investment Officer, Abbas Osman, notes “We are very pleased to have officially added our 15th practice to our portfolio of dental clinics in the Dental Fund. Sherbourne Dental Associates has over 1,200 patients and three operatories.”
