Burlington ON December 7th, 2020 / – Newlook Capital inc. (“Newlook”) is pleased to announce an investment by Newlook Capital Industrial Services Fund II (“Fund II”) in Raleigh Fire Safety Ltd. (“Raleigh”).
Portfolio company Acme Fire and Safety (“Acme”) has had a long standing relationship with Raleigh as they have been a supplier to Acme for Fire suppression products for many years. Raleigh is located in Campbell River B.C. and has grown into a very reputable Fire Suppression company on Vancouver Island. This is a great opportunity for Raleigh and Acme to continue and expand services to the Mid to North Vancouver Island region as the companies are eager to work together to continue to grow.
