(“Newlook”) is pleased to announce that Newlook’s Industrial Services Fund II and Industrial & Infrastructure Services Fund III, have made a joint acquisition of Acme Fire Group of Companies (“Acme”) located in Burnaby, British Columbia and locations across BC including coverage of Vancouver Island, and Interior BC. The transaction will close Monday March 14, 2022.
Acme is a professional fire protection services firm providing planning, inspection, maintenance, and fire safety equipment & suppression systems repairs for over 50 years. Acme’s established customer base includes commercial buildings, restaurants and apartments complexes, with customers such as McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, YVR Airport, and BC Ferries.
