This special distribution is the result of a recent successful sale within the IISF III\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Details of the Special Distribution:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Distribution Amount:<\/strong>\u00a0$0.20 per unit<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distribution Date:<\/strong>\u00a0Monday, July 29, 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This distribution reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering value to our investors and maintaining robust performance within IISF III. The successful sale has provided an opportunity to return capital to our investors, a testament to the performance and effectiveness of our investment strategy.<\/p>\n<p>You do not need to take any action to receive this distribution.
