(\u201cNewlook Capital\u201d or \u201cNewlook\u201d) is pleased to announce the launch of its newest investment vehicles<\/strong>, Newlook Water Company US LP<\/strong> and Newlook Water Company US II LP<\/strong> (together, the \u201cFund\u201d).<\/p>\n The Fund is specifically focused on acquiring and scaling regulated water utilities across the southeastern United States; a region characterized by strong demographic growth, aging infrastructure, and steady, regulation-driven demand.<\/p>\n Commitments were raised from, among others, a diverse cohort of premier U.S.-based institutional investors, including life insurance companies, infrastructure funds, and single- and multi-family offices.<\/p>\n The Fund\u2019s strategy will be executed in close partnership with Newlook Capital\u2019s long-standing operating partners, with whom the firm has successfully collaborated for over eight years.
