Our History<\/h2>\n

Newlook Capital began with the simple idea: to provide investment opportunities of institutional quality that we would invest in ourselves. This is how our tagline, “We are invested.” came to be.<\/h5>\n

Our very first Fund, the Newlook Capital Industrial and Infrastructure Services Fund, was based on the thesis of partnering with management teams providing essential, code mandated, technical services of a recurring nature. We developed the strategy based on businesses we already had acquired in 2013 that fit that mandate. From there, we have worked tirelessly building a Fund that we knew others would be interested in investing alongside our team.<\/p>\n

Since then, the Newlook Capital Industrial and Infrastructure Services Fund and subsequent iterations have grown to include businesses across the US and Canada. In 2019, we introduced the Newlook Capital Dental Fund to deliver a unique investment opportunity in a historically difficult industry to access.<\/p>\n

Our history formed both the character and strategies by which Newlook Capital invests.<\/p>\n
