Burlington, ON April 11, 2022 / – Newlook Capital Inc. (“Newlook”) is pleased to announce that Newlook’s platform of dental clinics (“Dentalook”) has completed an investment in an additional practice located in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. The transaction closed on April 6, 2022.
The practice serves the North Battleford community with comprehensive dental treatment that utilizes the latest technologies. The clinic is situated in Discovery Co-operative Mall, a high traffic retail plaza off the main road of Territorial Drive and Highway 4. This location marks the 3rd acquired clinic in North Battleford, further solidifying a significant percentage of the North Battleford market.
